She passed MBBS from Medical College, Kolkata which is the Oldest medical college of Asia and the top medical college of West Bengal. She completed her Master of Surgery from Eden Hospital,Medical College, Kolkata in Gynae and Obs. Her thesis was presented in various conferences and was awarded recognition for it. She has participated and successfully completed various courses on Laparoscopy and Hysteroscopy from different institutes. She has presented papers and posters in various conferences. She has a long practicing career of 20yrs from 2006 till date. Her knowledge , dedication as well as her caring and compassionate nature makes her patients feel comfortable and deeply satisfied. She treats her patients with sincerity and empathy and nutures a wonderful doctor patient relationship which her patients cherish a lot.
She is a member of Bengal OBS and Gynaecological Society (BOGS). She is also a member of the medical board of South Point High School. She performs all types of Laparoscopic Gynaecological Surgeries including Hysterectomy (Removal of Womb), Myomectomy (removal of tumour), Cystectomy (chocolate cyst), Ovarian Drilling (PCOD).
